Who's calling you
You get Rick. Not a call center.
Rick is a co-owner here and the general contractor on the job. Finish this form and he's the one who picks up the phone — the same man who prices your project and runs it. No salesperson, no script, no "let me check with my manager."
Co-owner · General ContractorHave a couple of photos of the space handy. Quick phone shots are perfect, and don't tidy up first — the mess is the useful part. No photos right now? You can send them after.

Yours could be next. Two minutes of questions and Rick calls you with a number.
Ask RickWhat the call actually is
Ten minutes with the man who builds these, not someone who sells them.
Rick is a co-owner and the general contractor at GC Pro Remodeling. He isn't a salesperson working from a script, and he doesn't have a manager to check with — he's the one who prices the job, so he can tell you straight what yours will run and what's ahead of you.
- A real ballpark — built from your answers and the photos you sent
- Straight talk about your property — permits, HOA packet, elevator, noise window
- What moves the number — usually three or four decisions, and we'll name them
- No pressure to book anything — plenty of people call to plan a year out
- The same person start to finish — the man who quotes it is the man who runs it
However your number lands
We have solutions for each client's needs, and we'll guide you accordingly.
A ballpark is only useful if there's a real path on both sides of it. There usually is.
- Above your number? We phase it. Bath first, kitchen next season — one permit strategy, one crew you already know.
- Close but not quite? Finish swaps. Quartz that reads like marble, a stock cabinet box with a custom door. Most of the cost sits in three or four decisions.
- Below your number? Then you have room, and we'll show you where it's worth spending — usually the shower, the counters, and the lighting.
- Not sure what you want yet? Come to the showroom. Sit at the table. We'll lay out the options with real samples.
Condos, especially
Your building has rules. We already know them.
Condo remodels don't go wrong in the construction. They go wrong at the board, the elevator, and the permit office. Houses and townhouses are simpler — but the permit still gets pulled under our license, never yours.
- Your building's renovation application, filled out and submitted
- Certificate of insurance to your association, with the right endorsements
- City permit pulled under our license — never yours
- Sound-rated underlayment specs filed with the board
- Service elevator reserved for demo and every major delivery
- Work kept inside your building's approved noise window
- Hallway, elevator cab and lobby path protected
- Your building manager introduced to your project manager on day one
In their words
What our customers actually wrote.
Because we did not live in the area, we had a very short window in which to complete everything. Somehow, they moved people around to get it done.
It was a big undertaking but they made the whole process easy. Carlos was my project manager and he paid attention to every detail. Their crew was professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day.
The team was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They really took the time to sit with me and explain everything in detail.

Straight answers
Questions Broward homeowners actually ask.
How much does a bathroom or kitchen remodel cost in Broward County?
It comes down to three decisions: whether the layout changes, what level of finishes you choose, and whether the property is a condo. Moving plumbing is the single biggest cost driver, and condo work carries a real premium for building access, protection and debris removal. Rather than quote a number off a rate card, we look at your photos and give you a ballpark on the phone that reflects your actual space.
How long does a remodel take?
A bathroom is typically 2 to 4 weeks on site and a kitchen 4 to 8 weeks. In a condo, add roughly 2 to 4 weeks for board approval before work can start. We order long-lead materials the day approval comes through rather than the week work begins, which usually saves about three weeks.
Do I need HOA approval to remodel my condo?
Yes — nearly every Broward condo association requires a renovation application before work begins. We fill out the packet, supply the certificate of insurance with the right endorsements, file the sound-rated underlayment specs, and submit it for you. If a board rejects a packet we fix it and resubmit at no charge.
Who pulls the permit — me or the contractor?
We do, under our license. Be cautious of any contractor who asks you to pull an owner-builder permit for a remodel, because that shifts the liability onto you as the homeowner.
Can you remodel my condo while I'm out of state?
Yes, and it's a large share of our work. Remote owners get a video walk-through before we quote, weekly photo updates, digitally signed change orders, and a project manager they can text directly.
What areas does GC Pro Remodeling serve?
Broward County and South Palm Beach only — Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Oakland Park, Coconut Creek, Plantation, Weston, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach. Working one market is how we know each building's rules and each permit office.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and no deposit is collected at the estimate. Rick or a project manager walks the space with you and writes a line-item estimate covering labor, materials, permit and allowances.
